rates & policies
1. Store hours are Noon to Midnight, 7 days a week.
2. A drop-box is available at the entrance to the store for returns after store hours.
3. There are no cash refunds, if there is a problem with a rental the customer shall receive credit towards another rental.
4. All Late Return charges over $5 must be paid before additional items may be rented.
5. All sales are final unless returned with sales receipt within 30 days of date of purchase and in original packaging.
6. Our entire collection may be searched at our website, videology.info and a computer is provided in the store for online browsing.

1-Day Rentals: due back before 12 Midnight, one day after rental.
2-Day Rentals: due back before 12 Midnight, two days after rental.
5-Day Rentals: due back before 12 Midnight, five days after rental.
Early Returns: Return your 2-day Rental the next day, or your 5-day Rental the next day or after 2 days, and you will receive Store Credit* on your account.

Member Responsibilities:
All rentals must be paid for at the time of rental. All late fees over $5 must be paid before renting additional items. Late fees not paid after a period of 6 months will be charged to your credit card. All DVDs or tapes not returned after 14 days will be considered sales and the retail price of the movie(s) plus late fees accrued during that time period will be charged to your credit card.
